Return & Exchange Policy
We offer free UK postage and packaging on all prints, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days. International shipping is estimated at 6 - 10 working days with varying postage costs based on quantity. All prints are packaged to a high standard, and all commission works are subject to prior agreed shipping terms and conditions with the client, and are professionally packaged prior to shipping.
At No.64 Fine Art, we take great pride in ensuring that all goods are packaged to the highest standards possible. If a product is damaged or of an unsatisfactory condition, it is the client's duty to notify us within 7 days of the agreed delivery date. If a product is unwanted, the client is responsible for paying for return shipping. In the event of a refund being agreed, the client will be refunded within 30 days where possible.
